Unless otherwise arranged with RYT directly, 50% of the lesson fees must be paid at the time of booking and the remaining balance paid 30 day before the start of the lesson. We accept bank transfer or credit card payments via Transfer Wise. The booking will not be confirmed until receipt of the funds has been received.
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows
Less than 48 hours notice 100%
Within 30 days – 50%
Over 30 days – 0%
Any amendments made to the booking will be subject to our cancellation policy unless otherwise agreed by both parties. If subsequent sessions are booked during the clients stay in resort they will be under the same terms and conditions as above.
RYT will not be liable for adverse weather conditions, breakdowns of mechanical installations or any other incidents beyond the company’s control. In the event of accident or illness of the client, RYT will assist in any documentation required for an insurance claim..
RYT does not accept any liability for accidents that happen during lessons or other company organised events. Clients are required to insure themselves for third party liability and to arrange a policy that provides for personal, medical and rescue insurance for off-piste skiing (where applicable) with a licensed and reputable insurer. RYT does not insure its clients. Lift passes are obligatory and are the responsibility of the client.
